At Quexvep, we strive to provide exceptional printing services that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and this Return Policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and reprint requests.

1. Custom Print Products

Due to the personalized nature of our printing services, all sales of custom-designed and printed materials are generally final. However, we do offer solutions for situations where the final product does not meet our quality standards or specifications.

1.1 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our printing services. If you receive a product with printing defects, damage, or errors caused by us, you are eligible for a reprint or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product has a genuine printing defect (such as smudging, misalignment, color inconsistency).
  • The product does not match the approved proof in terms of design, color, paper, or size.
  • The product was damaged during shipping (subject to verification).
  • The incorrect quantity of items was delivered.

1.2 Customer Design Errors

We are not responsible for errors in customer-approved designs, including:

  • Spelling or grammatical errors
  • Color choices
  • Incorrect information
  • Low-resolution images that appear pixelated when printed
  • Design elements that were present in the approved proof

We strongly encourage thorough proofreading and review of all proofs before approval. Once you approve a design for printing, you accept responsibility for its content and appearance.

2. Request Process

If you need to request a reprint or refund, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem with your order.

We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days to request additional information or provide a resolution.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a reprint, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation and your preference.

3. Return and Refund Options

3.1 Reprints

For printing defects or errors on our part, we will typically offer to reprint your order at no additional cost. The reprint will be processed with priority status.

3.2 Refunds

If a reprint is not desired or if we cannot correct the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a full or partial refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

3.3 Store Credit

As an alternative to a refund, we may offer store credit that can be applied to future orders. Store credits do not expire and may include a bonus amount as goodwill.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Before Production

Orders can be cancelled before they enter production with no penalty. You will receive a full refund.

4.2 During Production

Once an order has entered the production phase, cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover materials and work already completed. This fee will not exceed 50% of the order value.

4.3 After Production

Orders that have been fully produced cannot be cancelled and are subject to our standard return policy as outlined above.

5. Special Orders and Large Format Printing

Custom large format printing, specialty materials, and bulk orders may have specific return conditions that will be communicated before order confirmation. Generally, these items follow our standard policy, but may have extended evaluation periods due to their complexity.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error or a defect in the product, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement. If the return is for any other reason, shipping costs may be your responsibility.
