Due to the personalized nature of our printing services, all sales of custom-designed and printed materials are generally final. However, we do offer solutions for situations where the final product does not meet our quality standards or specifications.
We guarantee the quality of our printing services. If you receive a product with printing defects, damage, or errors caused by us, you are eligible for a reprint or refund under the following conditions:

We strongly encourage thorough proofreading and review of all proofs before approval. Once you approve a design for printing, you accept responsibility for its content and appearance.
If you need to request a reprint or refund, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by email at info@quexvep.world or by phone at +448007720127.
Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem with your order.
We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days to request additional information or provide a resolution.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a reprint, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation and your preference.
For printing defects or errors on our part, we will typically offer to reprint your order at no additional cost. The reprint will be processed with priority status.
If a reprint is not desired or if we cannot correct the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a full or partial refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
As an alternative to a refund, we may offer store credit that can be applied to future orders. Store credits do not expire and may include a bonus amount as goodwill.
Orders can be cancelled before they enter production with no penalty. You will receive a full refund.
Once an order has entered the production phase, cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover materials and work already completed. This fee will not exceed 50% of the order value.
Orders that have been fully produced cannot be cancelled and are subject to our standard return policy as outlined above.
Custom large format printing, specialty materials, and bulk orders may have specific return conditions that will be communicated before order confirmation. Generally, these items follow our standard policy, but may have extended evaluation periods due to their complexity.
If the return is due to our error or a defect in the product, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement. If the return is for any other reason, shipping costs may be your responsibility.
